Vibrational Sound Therapy is a sound-based relaxation therapy that activates the parasympathetic nervous system using sounds and vibrations. When the body is in a relaxed state and stressed is released it activates the self-healing process

Sound affects the nervous system which in turn affects every cell in the body including the mental, emotional and spiritual level. This modality is both therapeutic and enjoyable.

Vibrational Sound Therapy is a holistic complementary therapy using Tibetan singing bowls, quartz singing bowls, gongs, quartz chimes, and other vibrational sounds which bring body, mind and spirit into harmony.
Sound been used a healing tool for centuries and is regularly used in many alternative healthcare centers including cancer centers.

Vibrational Sound Therapy provided as a Sound Bath, this is a group session where the practitioner (also known as a sound healer) bathes you in sound and vibration; and private sessions known as a Vibrational sound massage, where you will be laying on a massage table fully clothed and bowls are placed on or around the body.

Vibrational Sound Therapy also stimulates the brain to make changes that increase our abilities in the following ways:

• Detoxification down to the cellular and “bone deep” level

• Retrains the body/mind to let go of stress and heal itself

• Achievement of the “relaxation response” effortlessly

Nancy’s passion in Vibrational Sound Therapy is using Tibetan/Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gongs, Quartz Chimes, tingshas and many other sound instruments. She incorporates the healing modalities of Reiki, Sound and Essential Oils into her practice to ensure a body, mind and spirit experience, where you can shed and release all that no longer serves your highest self.
