I participated in a workshop at the NY Open Center facilitated by Kim Schneiderman. I’ll admit I’ve done several workshops before about journaling for self-development; yet Step Out of Your Story was a refreshing twist. By writing about yourself in the third person, you can be more objective and observe many of the issues you’ve overlooked. Best of all, you can step back into your story along the way. The instructor also wrote a book with the same title to help you further the process as you write “your story” and create the ending you wish. I hope she’ll host a Part II to the workshop soon. I’m also hoping we’ll be able to have her join us for CELEBRATE LIFE Conference in June.
